Description:
*This design won the first prize in International Architectural Competition, the Millenium School Design Competition which is part of the Be Better Build Better Campaign and aims to solicit the best architecture-for-humanity designs from all over the world. The key is to stimulate innovation, serve as a means of exchange and ensure the widest dissemination of new technologies in the area of learning-conducive, sustainable, disaster resilient and cost-effective school building design.
*This design utilize natural cross-ventilation, rely on natural lighting, and feature elevated flooring and foundations to protect the structures from floodwater.
*This is made of concrete shell with bamboo walls, floors and pillars.
